Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Spicy dark raspberry, ripe plum and red liquorice scents are trailed by some light meaty earth like notes. Very juicy and open for business, the palate serves up rich plum, raspberry and liquorice fruits with subtle notions of earth and spice in the background. Soft fleshy mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins and a moreishly spicy medium length finish.
