Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Pronounced lemon and lime scents are followed by hints of granny smith apple, orange rind and talc. Lemon and lime juice flavours have a lean racy feel with green apple, wet steel and mineral characters in the background. Finishes very dry and taut with crunchy acidity and an austere aftertaste.
