2020 Heathcote Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz

Deep midnight black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Elevated peppered plum, blueberry and liquorice scents are trailed by some vanillin cedar, smoked meat and spicy dried herb notes. The mid weighted palate has an air of elegance to it with red plum, red liquorice and blueberry fruits melding into a back drop of smoked meats, spicy vanillin cedar and earth. Polished tannins finishing with a nicely balanced freshness and refined feel to the mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
