A blend of 87% Shiraz, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Viognier. Midnight black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Spicy liquorice and dark to black cherry scents mix with graphite, black olive and blackpepper. Rich, fleshy and peppery, juicy dark plum and liquorice fruits overlay spicy vanillin cedar, dried herb and peppered earth characters. Sturdy, masculine tannin structure with a meaty textured, medium length blackpepper infused aftertaste.
