2020 Happs Fields of Gold Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of nectarine, grapefruit and subtle lemon butter followed by some bees wax notes. Mid weighted with a creamy feel, the palate features nectarine, pear and dried honey flavours. Lurking in the background are subtle notions of crème brulee and cashew. Shows ample depth with a long, generously textured finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
