2020 Groom Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Intense passionfruit aromatics dominate the nose with lime, green apple and subtle grassy notes also chiming in. Mouth watering passionfruit, green apple and lime fruits fill the mouth with great intensity underpinned by light herbaceous grassy characters and mineral. Finishes crisp, long and scrumptious.
