2020 Grampians Estate Woolclasser’s GST

A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Shiraz and 10% Tempranillo. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Fragrant raspberry, red plum and red liquorice scents are trailed by some fresh herb, incense like notes and spice. Juicy ripe raspberry, liquorice and cherry fruits flood the mid weighted palate with subtle infusions of incense, spicy earth and pepper coming through on the back half. Glossy texture with fresh acidity and polished tannins. Long succulent and vibrant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
