2020 Gilberts Reserve Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black core with a deep dark red black hue. Lifted black cherry and liquorice aromas are infused with a mix of toasty vanillin oak and blackpepper. Some dried meat and earthy black olive notes also present themselves. Displaying impressive richness and depth the palate is layered with black cherry and liquorice fruits which meld into smoky vanillin cedar, dried meats and peppered earth characters. Ripe chewy tannin structure with a medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
