2020 Gala Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green lining the outskirts. Lime and red apple aromas combine followed by some citrus blossom and slatey mineral notes. Crunchy lime and red apple fruits fill the mouth complimented by some orange blossom and subtle notions of honeysuckle. Finishes dry and crisp with shades of minerality shining through on the long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
