Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense lime and citrus aromas jump out of the glass with granny smith apple, orange rind, talc and flinty mineral notes ensuing. Ripe, weighty and textural, the palate is engulfed with generous lime and citrus fruit which is underscored by orange rind and talcy mineral nuances. Crisp dry finish with a long concentrated aftertaste.
