2020 First Drop Mother's Milk Shiraz

Midnight black in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Flowing from the glass are elevated scents of dark plum and liquorice which morph into light smoky vanillin cedar, earthy fennel and pepper notes. Plush and opulently fruited the palate is layered with a silky flavour profile of dark plum and liquorice fruit over vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper characters. Finishes with a lick of freshness, velvet smooth tannins and a long fruit driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
