Sourced from 20 year old vines and matured in French oak barriques for 12 months. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Black cherry and liquorice aromas are trailed by vanillin cedar, scorched earth and blackpepper notes. Rich juicy dark plum, liquorice and black cherry fruits overlay a vanillin cedar and peppered dried meat background. Fine grained tannins. Succulent conclusion with spicy pepper infusions.
