2020 Dr Burklin-Wolf Dry Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime, lemon and red apple scents intermingle with wet steel and gun flint. Zippy lime and lemon fruits are bursting with freshness over subtle red apple, light honeysuckle and flinty mineral characters. Crisp edgy acidity with a dry, taut finish that has a mandarin like tang to it.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
