Certified organic and matured in French oak. Dense black as night colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced liquorice and blackberry aromas meld into smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and blackpepper notes. Rich juicy blackberry, black cherry and liquorice fruits are married to vanillin oak, scorched earth and blackpepper elements. Opulent mouthfeel with ripe, slightly chewy tannins. Concludes with a meaty textured, blackpepper infused aftertaste.
