Opaque black dark purple colour with a bright purple hue. Fragrant scents of violets mix with sour to red cherry, clove, red raspberry, earth and incense notes. Light in body with a vibrant yet juicy feel the elegant palate sports a flavour profile of sour to dark cherries, winter strawberries, earthy clove, infusions of incense and spice all underpinned by fresh acidity. Slightly chalky tannins with a savoury mid length conclusion.
