2020 Domaine Olivier Morin Bourgogne Chitry Constance

A savoury Pinot Noir with a very strong whole bunch influence.

Red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Very bunchy nose with aromas of dried clove and spicy bramble dominating over sour to red cherry, earth and rhubarb notes. Savoury sour to red cherry and rhubarb flavours intermix with prominent dried clove, bramble, forest floor and spicy dried herb characters. Supple mouth feel with fine grained tannins and a very spicy aftertaste of clove and dried herbs.
