2020 Domaine Les Creisses Rouge

A blend of 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Syrah, 22% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 8% Carignan and 8% Cinsault aged in barrels between 12-18 months. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Fragrant spicy black cherry, liquorice and blackcurrant aromas are trailed by vanillin oak, scorched earth, smoked meats and peppered dried herb notes. Rich blackberry and liquorice flavours infused with clove sit over a strong toasty vanillin oak back drop. Some spicy dried meat characters are also evident. Slightly dryish fine grained tannins with a ripe clove and vanillin oak infused finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
