A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvède aged in concrete vats for 18 months. Midnight black dark red core with a vibrant dark red hue. Pronounced black raspberry and liquorice aromas infused with herbs du Provence are trailed by incense, scorched earth and peppered meat notes. Showing a touch more weight than the 3 Cepages the medium to full bodied palate is well endowed with succulent black raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry fruit. Infusions of herbs, subtle scorched earth and pepper lie underneath. Quite polished with a refined tannin structure concluding fresh, amply fruited and long.
