2020 Domaine Ile de Beaute Fazi Rose

The Fazi vineyard is situated on the sandy east coast of Corsica and is planted to the indigenous variety of Sciaccarellu as well as Merlot, Grenache and Cinsault. Established by Vincent Fazi in the 1970s, this vineyard produces only rosé wines.
Very pale salmon pink tinged colour. Aromas of blood orange and citrus mix with hints of musk and stony mineral notes. Fresh and tense, water melon, blood orange and citrus fruits show some tang. Finishes dry and crisp with some stony mineral characters creeping onto the zesty aftertaste.
Drink now to 1 year.
