2020 Domaine Christian Moreau Vaillon Chablis Premier Cru
Other Reviews....
The 2020 Chablis Vaillon 1er Cru, which was bottled just before the harvest, has an attractive bouquet with light flinty, earthy aromas. The palate is well balanced with orange pith and touches of mango, fine acidity and harmonious with a twist of bitter lemon that enlivens the finish. Fine length here. Drink 2023-2034.

Fine fresh primrose. A steely nose, some of the lemon notes again, light but fine. There is steel in the backbone. Lightly stony, a touch of the marine. Fine length again. The lemon is quite pronounced.

Jasper Morris MW - Inside Burgundy
This has a fleshy, round profile, despite vivid acidity keeping this defined, leaving ample room for yellow plum, melon and apple flavors, with additional details of mineral and seashore. Fine balance and length. Drink now through 2028.
