There is good Chablis character present in the form of green fruit, seashore and citrus nuances. The succulent, round and appealingly textured medium weight plus flavors possess very good power and punch while delivering fine length on the robust finish. This will need at least a few years of patience. Drink from 2030+.

Allen Meadows - Burghound

Made from purchased fruit, vinified and aged in tank. A certain spiciness adds to the personality and there is a sense of volume from the start which I slightly missed in the Valmur. Ripe melons at the finish yet still enough of the crystalline touch. Olivier agrees but thinks Valmur improves later.
