2020 Delatite High Ground Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Aromas of lime zest and granny smith apple mix with hints of passionfruit, light herbaceous grassy notes and minerals. Intensely flavoured lime, passionfruit and green apple fruits are underpinned by crunchy acidity with some subtle herbaceous characters and flinty mineral elements lying underneath. Dry crisp finish with a zesty aftertaste.
