Certified organic. Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Violet toned aromas of dark cherries and liquorice are intermeshed with spicy vanilla and pepper notes. Inky black cherry and liquorice flavours lie over a scorched earth and pepper back drop. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins and a peppery conclusion.
