Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Herbaceous grassy top notes mix with Granny Smith apple, lime, fresh herb and flinty mineral characters. Beautifully textured in the mouth the palate features pear, herbaceous gooseberry and green apple flavours over a grassy mineral infused back drop. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a refreshing aftertaste that shows ample length.
