Crushed green apples, gingery spice, chamomile and dusty dried flowers create a unique yet captivating display as the golden-hued 2020 Ramì blossoms in the glass. This is deeply textural with a balanced inner sweetness to match, as ripe orchard fruits and honeyed inner florals flesh out across the palate. While not the last note in depth, it’s incredibly fresh, framed nicely by nuanced tannins and leaving the mouth watering for more. The Ramì is a blend of 50% Grecanico and 50% Insolia. Drink 2022-2025.
