Fermented with 25% whole bunch fruit matured in a combination of new and 1 year old French oak barrels for 11 months. Semi translucent dark red colour with a subtle shade of black around the edges and a crimson hue. Fragrant violet, red cherry and subtle rhubarb aromas meet up with toasty cedar, forest floor and spicy fresh herb notes. Light and elegant, savoury red cherry fruits are underpinned by spicy cedar, forest floor and infusions of fresh herbs. Bright acidity and fine grained tannins with a moderately powered finish.
