Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge around the edges. Intense passionfruit and ripe gooseberry scents jump out of the glass trailed by some herbaceous grassy notes, hints of capsicum and flinty mineral characters. The palate sports a racy flavour profile of passionfruit, green apple and herbaceous gooseberries over grassy asparagus characters. Finishes dry with a flinty mineral edge and crisp acidity. Long zesty aftertaste.
