2020 Clement & Florian Berthier L’Instant Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a green tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of tropical fruit and ripe melon greet the nostrils followed by hints of pineapple and spice. Lively tropical fruit and melon flavours drive the palate underscored by green apple, wet stone and mineral elements. Finishes dry and crisp with a refreshing fruit driven aftertaste.
