Certified organic Cabernet Franc from mostly younger vines up to 20 years old. Dense inky black in colour with a bright dark red hue. Fragrant red currant scents infused with fresh herbs are followed by dusty earth, tobacco leaf, leather and spicy capsicum notes. Juicy red currant and red cherry fruits are firmed up by dry, inky tannins. Vibrant acidity with earth, infusions of fresh herbs, spicy tobacco and subtle capsicum lingering on the back half. Concludes spicy with a very fresh green edged aftertaste.
