Matured in French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. White peach, pear and citrus aromas are interwoven with subtle biscuity oak, cashew and gun flint notes. Mid weighted pear, nectarine and citrus fruits overlay dried honey, biscuity nougat characters and a dash of spice. Gently creamy in its feel it finishes fresh, long and refined.
