2020 Catlin Pudding & Pie Pinot Noir
Transparent red amber like colour with a very light rusty red toned hue. Red and morello cherry scents combine with dried herbs, some meaty notes and spice. Very light in body, the silky textured palate features red cherry and winter strawberry fruits over delicate rhubarb, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Lively acidity and polished tannins with a conclusion that’s both elegant and savoury.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
Alc. 12%

From a vineyard outside Hahndorf. Lightly coloured in the glass, highly fragrant and carrying just a little mystery in its savoury offsets – a little nice nebbiolo-like funk. Slightly sour cherry, with an earthy outer layer, Middle Eastern spice notes and a pleasing light grip. It's tasty and moreish. Bang on. Drink by 2026.
