Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and honeycomb like scents mix with some bacon fat, crème brulee and spice. Rich and texturally creamy, lush peach and honeycomb flavours overlay crème brulee, bacon fat and spicy butterscotch characters. Soft acidity with a generous, well rounded and toasty finish.
