Made from biodynamically and certified organic grown Sangiovese grapes. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Red currant aromas infused with balsamic herb like notes are trailed by some earth and pine needle notes. Juicy dark cherry and currant fruits meld into an earth, rosemary and spice back drop. Slightly chalky tannins and bright acidity. Concludes rustic and gently chewy with a touch of amaro bitterness.
