2020 Bethany Blue Quarry Barrel Select Shiraz

Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Jumping out of the glass are seductive aromas of dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate followed by toasty vanillin oak, earthy mocha and spice notes. Rich, powerful and opulently textured, dark plum and liquorice fruits are layered across the full bodied palate with plenty of volume. Toasty vanillin oak, earthy mocha and spice characters linger on the back half. Velvet smooth tannins finishing long and plush. Classic old school Barossa Shiraz.
