2020 Babo Rosato

Crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes sourced from a vineyard in near Vinci, on the western flank of the Chianti region.
Translucent salmon pink colour. Aromas of peach and blood orange are followed by some citrus and stony mineral notes. Refreshingly light and crisp the palate features blood orange and citrus fruits over wet stone and flinty mineral characters. Finishes very dry with crunchy acidity and a tangy aftertaste that has a lick of spice to it.
