Bright straw colour. Aromas of ripe pear and dried apple are followed by quince and faint almond notes. Ripe pear and dried apple flavours show good concentration and textural volume. Racy underlying acidity with notions of quince and subtle bitter almond lingering through the dry finish which has a zippy feel to it.
