Pitch black at its heart with a vibrant dark red black tinged hue. Lifted dark plum and liquorice aromas meld into inky earth and spicy pepper notes. Rich juicy blackberry, dark plum and liquorice fruits sit over an earthy back drop that also has some blackpepper evident. Dry inky finish with bright acidity, faintly chalky tannins and a generously fruited aftertaste.
