Certified organic. Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the edges. Aromas of lime and green pear intermix with subtle apricot and honeysuckle notes. Fresh pear, apricot and honeysuckle flavours drift across the nicely rounded mid palate. A subtle dash of ginger spice is also evident. Dry vibrant finish with a medium length aftertaste.
