2019 Yering Station Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in French oak barriques for 18 months. Impenetrable pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted blackcurrant aromas infused with mint are followed by vanillin cedar, subtle earthy tobacco and bay leaf notes. The elegant mid weighted palate features a mix of red to black currant and mulberry fruit over dusty cedar, tobacco and spicy bay leaf elements. Finishes dry with chalky tannins and a refined aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
