Bright pale straw colour with a glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted nectarine and white peach scents have a gun flint overlay with subtle grapefruit, biscuity oak and spice notes ensuing. The elegant palate has a fine thread of fresh acidity flowing through flavours of nectarine, citrus, flinty mineral characters and light biscuity oak. Dry brisk finish with a pristine mid length aftertaste.
