Brilliant water like core with a distinctive greenish tinge running around the outskirts. Pronounced nectarine, dried honey and subtle grapefruit scents are trailed by citrusy nougat, light biscuity oak and traces of gun flint. Vibrant and full of freshness yet texturally rounded in its feel, the mid weighted palate features ripe nectarine and subtle grapefruit flavours over a back drop of biscuity oak, citrusy nougat characters and infusions of gun flint. Refined yet with good underlying intensity it finishes with a long well proportioned aftertaste.
