Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry and citrus scents infused with capsicum are trailed by some grassy asparagus notes. Mouth watering herbaceous gooseberry, light passionfruit and citrus flavours have a spicy capsicum overtone. Finishes very dry with crunchy acidity and a herbaceous capsicum laced aftertaste.
