Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense lime, citrus and orange rind aromas are followed by subtle chalky talc and flinty mineral notes. Mouth watering lime and citrus flavours overlay a back drop of green apple, subtle orange rind and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a focused lemon and lime driven aftertaste.
