2019 Wild Olive Organic Shiraz

Certified organic. Youthful inky black colour with a bright dark purple hue. Aromatics of liquorice and freshly crushed blackberries mesh with vanillin cedar, inky earth and blackpepper notes. Rich, lusciously textured blackberry and liquorice fruits overlay a back drop of vanillin oak and inky earth like characters. Blackpepper infused finish with firm chewy tannins and a youthful freshness providing structure. Excellent intensity and depth with a long opulent aftertaste.
