2019 Wild Olive Certified Organic Chardonnay

Certified organic. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Filling the nostrils are elevated aromatics of ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb followed by light toast and subtle crème brulee notes. Rich, full and round in the mouth, creamy textured flavours of ripe peach, apricot, honeycomb, light butterscotch and spice decorate the palate. Nicely balanced acidity with a luscious aftertaste that shows good length.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
