2019 Wee Angus Merlot

Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose features ripe plum and choc mint like aromas followed by vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Mid weighted the palate sees ripe plum and mint flavours overlay a background of toasty vanillin oak and spice. Juicy feel with some bright acidity on the back half. Slightly chalky tannins with the toasty vanillin cedar and spice characters lingering onto the aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
