Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of black cherry, dark raspberry and liquorice mix with vanillin cedar like notes, earth and spice. Medium bodied, generous black cherry and liquorice flavours sit over a backdrop of scorched earth, vanillin cedar and spicy leather nuances. Polished feel with fine grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste that’s quite savoury.
