Produced from Shiraz and Merlot grapes. Translucent salmon pink colour. Fragrant peach and cherry scents mix with hints of blood orange and wet stone. Tangy yet supple in its feel the palate is blessed with intense blood orange, pomegranate and subtle musk flavours. Finishes with a citrus burst and some spice. Dry, savoury and long in its conclusion.

From designated shiraz and merlot vineyards, plus a handful of co-fermented viognier. Very pale salmon-pink; ticks all the boxes, including a universe of food matches. Has texture, length and a twist of the tiger's tail to keep everything moving. Drink by 2022.
