Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pears and dried honey mix with a faint whiff of lime and spicy green apples. Juicy pear, lime and green apple flavours are texturally well rounded. Finishes dry and spicy over a wet stone back drop. Crisp acidity with a stony medium length aftertaste.
