2019 Vasse Felix Sauvignon Blanc

Fermented wild in French oak foudres with a portion of full skin contact. Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberry and grassy asparagus top notes mingle with citrus and hints of gun flint. On the palate grassy gooseberry like flavours mix with citrus and traces of passionfruit over subtle asparagus and flinty elements. Dry tangy finish with a lengthy energetic aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
